Service Description

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian massage that is gentle yet deep, using continuous flowing strokes that allow the client to relax and give in to the nurturing touch. The long, continuous strokes of the massage are designed to help the body let go of its old patterns and behaviors. The practitioner uses palms, fingers, forearms and elbows to perform the massage; they also use knees and feet at times when massaging larger muscle groups. The aim of Lomi Lomi is to release energy blockages within the body; it is believed that these blockages can cause emotions such as anger, fear and sadness. The therapist uses their hands in a continuous flowing movement over the whole body; this fluidity creates a rhythmical sensation that encourages complete relaxation. The gentle yet deep pressure of the massage helps to relieve pain and stiffness within muscles and joints; it also helps to increase flexibility and range of motion in areas that have become restricted due to injury or illness. The long sweeping movements used during Lomi Lomi help to promote circulation within the body, which increases blood flow to areas that may be lacking oxygen. This improved circulation also helps drain away toxins from areas where they are accumulating, such as around joints or within muscles.

Late Arrivals It's important that you arrive 15 minutes early for your initial massage so that we can answer any questions, prepare the room for you, and help you get settled in. The therapist reserves this time just for you! We can't extend your time if you're late, so please plan on arriving 15 minutes or more before your appointment. If you do arrive late, though, rest assured that we'll still treat you like the VIP that you are ... however be advised that you may have to reschedule your appointment or receive the remaining time allotted for your appointment. Payment All payments will be collected at the time of service. Cash, Check or Venmo. Booking rates are as follows: 90 minutes are $145 regular or $135 with cash discount. 60 minutes are $100 regular or $90 with cash discount.
