My unique style of intuitive massage can help with whatever you need it to. My sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs, using a blend of modalities that work best for you as an individual. I believe that the body and mind are connected, so every session is designed to help you heal on multiple levels. More Details: Deep Tissue Massage works by realigning the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, letting you release chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes with sustained pressure. This lengthens and realigns the muscle fibers, which can help you feel better all over. It's particularly helpful for continually tight and contracted areas such as the neck/shoulders, low back, and forearms. Deep tissue massage is much more than just a "hard massage." In contrast to only relaxing muscles, the specific lengthening of fascia, muscles, and tendons offers many benefits such as increased joint movement, quicker injury recovery, better posture, and reduced pain as well as feelings of well being.

Late Arrivals It's important that you arrive 15 minutes early for your initial massage so that we can answer any questions, prepare the room for you, and help you get settled in. The therapist reserves this time just for you! We can't extend your time if you're late, so please plan on arriving 15 minutes or more before your appointment. If you do arrive late, though, rest assured that we'll still treat you like the VIP that you are ... however be advised that you may have to reschedule your appointment or receive the remaining time allotted for your appointment. Payment All payments will be collected at the time of service. Cash, Check or Venmo. Booking rates are as follows: 90 minutes are $145 regular or $135 with cash discount. 60 minutes are $100 regular or $90 with cash discount.
