Barefoot Deep Tissue is unique in its ability to treat the deep muscle tension and fascia restrictions that are the underlying causes of chronic pain and discomfort. This revolutionary technique utilizes the foot, the ultimate weight bearing tool, to apply sustained, consistent pressure to relieve chronic muscle tension. Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point therapy are employed in the process. It is a marriage of eastern bodywork, such as Thai or Ashiatsu barefoot massage with western bodywork. Slow compression is applied one foot at a time for stability, allowing for superior pressure control. The thumb and elbow are replaced with the heel and contoured arch of the foot. The broad pressure of the foot is less invasive as well, making Barefoot Deep Tissue effective and often more relaxing than traditional massage techniques. Clients drift far deeper into a state of profound relaxation during sessions as a result more time is required afterwards to come back to a functioning state—an added benefit for anyone suffering from stress or anxiety!

Late Arrivals It's important that you arrive 15 minutes early for your initial massage so that we can answer any questions, prepare the room for you, and help you get settled in. The therapist reserves this time just for you! We can't extend your time if you're late, so please plan on arriving 15 minutes or more before your appointment. If you do arrive late, though, rest assured that we'll still treat you like the VIP that you are ... however be advised that you may have to reschedule your appointment or receive the remaining time allotted for your appointment. Payment All payments will be collected at the time of service. Cash, Check or Venmo. Booking rates are as follows: 90 minutes are $145 regular or $135 with cash discount. 60 minutes are $100 regular or $90 with cash discount.
