Service Description

Stretching is a vital part of any fitness program and life in general. It aims to lengthen tightened muscles, increasing mobility and relieve pain. Assisted stretching can be of great benefit to this process. Below are four types of assisted stretching that we offer: Resistance Stretching. The client resists up to 10 to 50 percent tHroughout the back and forth stretching motion, which is applied deeper each time. Active Stretching. The muscle opposite of the one being stretched is contracted throughout the stretch which causes the stretched muscle to release. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching (PNF). Both stretching and contracting the targeted muscle are involved simultaneously. The client presses back into the therapist to while being stretched, safely elongating tissue. Passive Stretching. Exactly as it sounds, the body is relaxed while being stretched by the therapist.


Cancellation Policy

Late Arrivals It's important that you arrive 15 minutes early for your initial massage so that we can answer any questions, prepare the room for you, and help you get settled in. The therapist reserves this time just for you! We can't extend your time if you're late, so please plan on arriving 15 minutes or more before your appointment. If you do arrive late, though, rest assured that we'll still treat you like the VIP that you are ... however be advised that you may have to reschedule your appointment or receive the remaining time allotted for your appointment. Payment All payments will be collected at the time of service. Cash, Check or Venmo. Booking rates are as follows: 90 minutes are $145 regular or $135 with cash discount. 60 minutes are $100 regular or $90 with cash discount.
